If you’re a fan of ill fated romances like Romeo and Juliet or Edward and Bella then Courage and Other Demons is the book for you.
The only thing I don’t like about the book is the cover. The cover doesn’t give you any clues as to the goodies that’s inside. Inside CAOD you’ll find a book about a cute Irish transfer student who turns out to be part of the fey people. He’s searching for Maggie O’Neill, OUR Maggie O’Neill as she’s fated to be his one true love and also the person who will stop the destruction of the world. No pressure, right?
So if you like high fantasy mixed with action, a bit of romance and some intense girl power, grab this book! I would have liked to have seen a cute faery boy or some green craggy hills of Ireland, or whatever Ireland looks like, on the cover to start my imagination running.
Also? I’ve heard that faeries cannot lie. And who can resist a cute boy named Simon and his bestie Max? I can’t wait for the sequel!
