Blood, Boobs, and Carnage Blogfest

ByPam

Sometimes, wait, not oftentimes, I wonder how I get myself mixed up into things. Prolly my need to party or my need for instant gratification of all things fun. Anyhow, I somehow got myself signed up for

Blood, Boobs, and Carnage Blogfest

Blood Boobs Carnage Blogfest

which, conveniently enough, is hosted by my friends The Ninja Captain and Heather Gardner.  Which is ironic, because, you know, I just finished the A to Z Challenge which is a ginormos blogging challenge and I don’t have enough anxiety anyway, right? But hey, what can I tell you? I’m a glutton for donuts. And Zombies.

So here are the rules:

On May 18, 2015, post about a movie, television show, book, or all three that falls into the category of Blood, Boobs, and Carnage. (Or just Blood and Carnage or other mixture.) It can be any genre that fits the bill – fantasy, science fiction, action, adventure, western, thriller, etc. Post the badge and visit other participants.

So my donation is books about zombies.

I dressed up as a zombie one year. Anyhow…

The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey.  Alien invasion that creates zombies in their wake.

5thwave

The sequel is Infinite Sea.  Not my fave.

The next book I’ve read is The Passage by Justin Cronin. Big book. Like 42 books in one. Very detailed. An Unconventional Librarian The Passage

Alien invasion, zombies, vampires, you name it. But with a science background. It’s a commitment but if you finish it you get a degree. And you look at everything differently.

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies

Because Elizabeth Bennett would kick butt as a zombie, right?

And  finally, Plants vs Zombies

Because we all know kids love zombies.  I mean, they eat brains!!

Now join me as I go visit the gross and disgusting blogfest and hope I don’t gag or get killed along the way.
