Bad Girls Book Club Letter K #atozchallenge

Welcome to the Blogging from A to Z Challenge

Today’s letter is

The Book

killing jar

The Killing Jar by Jennifer Bosworth

Wow. You won’t believe how difficult it was to find a book for today’s letter. But let me rephrase that. There are plenty of books that start with the letter K. But unfortunately, most of them involve kissing. And I’m just not that into books about kissing. It doesn’t say Bad Girl to me. And if it does, it’s not the kind of Bad Girl that I’m featuring in the challenge.

So the only option is to go with Killing; hich could totally infer Bad Girls. Kenna has done something really bad and has kept it a secret. She’s sent to live with relatives and she learns how to harness whatever this ability is. So, I’m not sure, but I’m thinking that whomever the people are she’s staying with have a secret too?

Maybe there’s a fine line between Good Girl and Bad Girl. I’ve also heard the book is creepy and dark.
What’s not to love? See you tomorrow for letter L?

My passion is advocating for diversity in children's and YA literature.

  1. I don’t know about creepy and dark but I do believe there is a fine line between Good Girl and Bad Girl and sometimes one must cross over! Nice challenge posts!

  2. I really want to read this book! Looks so intriguing! Especially just looking at the cover! Great post!
