A Little Me Reading

ByPam

So even though I’ve been dreadfully busy with the new job, I’ve still managed to eek out some time to read for pleasure.  During the past 2 months, I have read the following books:

A long way down by Nick Hornby.  I’ve enjoyed his previous books but I had a hard time finishing this one. Not sure why.

The Dressmaker of Khair Khana by Gayle Lemmon.  I’m pretty sure I blogged about this, it was a SITS book club pick.
Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar ChildrenStanding Still by Kelly Simmons. This was my local bookstore pick. I finished the book, kinda liked it but couldn’t get to the bookstore for the book group discussion, which is a darn shame cuz the author was going to present.

I’ve just recently started reading Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.  It’s not my usual genre, but I was intrigued by the premise so I thought I’d check it out.

What are you reading for pleasure?
