Ok so this book might be kind of a cheat but if you can have a queen in the challenge surely you can have a Supreme Court Justice right?
Ahem. You’re welcome.
That’s TWO S’s for you there: Supreme Court Justice and Sonia Sotomayor. I love these leveled readers because even the youngest reader feels knowledgeable after reading the books in this series. This brief biography of Sonia Sotomayor tells girls and kids of all colors that it IS possible to accomplish your goals. Little Sonia wanted to be a judge when she was 10 years old.

Goals baby, GOALS.
This title also fits for the Diversity Reading Challenge (Hispanic).

Onward to letter T!!!!!

My granddaughters love to read, and my 13 yr. old granddaughter wants to became a police officer and my 15 yr. old wants to be a Vet.
I think when children come up with a plan it’s due to the reading mostly because of the massive information they get from books.
