my mother’s name is Yeti

They often feast on frozen fish

but I prefer spagetti

I Went to a Yard  Sale

I went to a yard sale

and found it a treat.

Theyd run out of yards,

so i purchased three feet.

Good find! I loved Judith Viorst’s poetry as a middle-schooler; I think I read “Mother Doesn’t Want a Dog” for my 9th grade drama class. And of course I remember reading Shel Silverstein with my sister!

Those were fun! I like the first one better. Your blog is so cute. A breath of fresh air!
